At Cichlid Digital, we believe in maintaining transparency and customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.
Cancellation Requests:
You may cancel your service order at any time before work has commenced. For all cancellation or refund requests, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
Refund Process:
- Payments made via cash or cheque will be refunded through cheque or direct bank transfer. Cash refunds are not issued.
- Payments made via credit card, debit card, or online channels will be refunded through the original payment method or via cheque/bank transfer.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and your bank’s internal processes.
Important Notes:
- Once a service is marked as delivered, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- All refunds are subject to internal review and verification.
- Partial or full refunds will be granted based on the scope of work completed and the condition of the service delivered.
- Refunds may be declined if the service has already been substantially used or executed.
